What this policy covers
This policy describes how Daily Software handles information collected through this website, at https://dailysoftware.io. Our individual apps — such as Edgestack, Sharp Signals, Bite of News, Tend, and Cabbage — each publish their own privacy policy, and this page does not replace them.
Information you give us
The only information we collect directly is what you type into the contact form or send to us by email. That means:

How we use it
We use what you send us to reply to you and to have the conversation you started. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside the people who need it to respond. We do not add you to a marketing list without asking.
Information collected automatically
This site is hosted on Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify processes standard request data — IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, and timestamp — in order to serve pages and protect the service against abuse. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site, and we do not set cookies for advertising or profiling. Fonts are served from our own domain rather than a third-party font service.
Service providers
Two providers process information on our behalf for this website: Netlify, which hosts the site and receives contact form submissions, and our email provider, which delivers and stores the resulting correspondence. Each handles that data under its own terms and security practices.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions and email correspondence for as long as we may need them for the conversation and our ordinary business records, and then we delete them. If you would like your message removed sooner, ask us and we will remove it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@dailysoftware.io and we will take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data protection law; we will honour those requests as well.
Children
This website is intended for a general business audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children through it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and revise the date above. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
